About the Food
As soon as you walk into Mutiny-Pirate Bar and Island Grille you know you’ll be in for an enjoyable escape from the everyday, surrounded by the contemporary pirate themed atmosphere and the spicy aromas of island cuisine. The menu includes a raw bar, steamed seafood, house made burgers, fresh fish and beef, chicken and pork. The flavors of spices from the Orient, exotic tropical fruits & rum and molasses create flavors that would bring Davey Jones back from his Locker! All items on the menu are the freshest expression of the islands and feature house made sauces and spice blends created through extensive research in the Caribbean (i.e. time spent randomly wandering down the beach). The Captains signature “Shipwreck Burger” challenges even the hungriest buccaneer and the subtle combinations of flavors and spices create a unique dining experience.
Ships cook Lee Marziale, formerly aboard The Iron Bridge Wine Company has jumped ship and now sets sail with this bloodthirsty crew of privateers. Master Gunner Lee has been ordered by the captain to create a memorable menu for the crew or walk the plank. The captain has a hunger that can’t be satisfied. We hope for Lee’s sake that yours can!
The Galley serves Monday through Sunday nights when the ship is in port. The Happy Hour menu is served from 4 to 6 PM. Dinner is served to crew and prisoners from 4pm to 9pm on Monday and Tuesday - from 4pm to 10pm, Wednesday and Thursday - from 3:30pm to 11pm on Friday – from noon till 11pm, Saturday - and from 11am till 10pm on Sundays.
